Planning to migrate to Azure? The first step consists of discovering and assessing the environment you wish to migrate. With the data collected, you’ll be able to build your business case for the budget and develop your migration plan.

Drawing on our years of experience doing these migrations, ITI will be able to recommend migration strategies to Azure, highlight potential issues running your workloads on the Microsoft platform and suggest native Azure services to make the best out of your project. You’ll also be able to determine what should and should not be migrated, saving you time and money.

While the end-goal of such a preparation exercise is to optimize your costs, plan and time spent for the migration, this offer will also provide you with a strong corporate memory, all while you obtain guidance from experienced migration experts.

During this two-week engagement, we provide the following services:

First and second week: • Inventory of physical and/or virtual servers (list of servers, operating systems, resources) • Gathering of information on all servers (installed services and software, patches) • Migration recommendations and strategy report • Investigation of eligibility for Microsoft funding for professional services
