Posit Workbench offers all the capabilities found in the popular RStudio open-source IDE plus professional database drivers, enhanced security, the ability to manage multiple R and Python versions and sessions, as well as Jupyter Notebooks, JupyterLab, and VSCode, and more. Usage

Connect to http://<Instance IP Address>:8787 and log in with the username "rstudio-user". The password will be the Subscription ID for the subscription in which the instance is deployed. We highly recommend changing the default password after logging in for the first time or replacing the "rstudio-user" account with your own account(s).
