Our architects together with your teams will assess how you build cloud-native applications on Azure and recommend improvements:

• Day 1: Build a core team of stakeholders and gather documentation
• Day 2: Assess IT side dimensions (compute model, automation, delivery, operation, architecture) through interviews using a selection of applications
• Day 3: Assess non-IT side (methodology, people, product design, culture) through interviews
• Day 4: Identification and prioritization gaps and improvements
• Day 5: Presentation of results to stakeholders

The effort is an estimate based on our experience with clients starting with cloud-native development.
