This quickstart will give you an overview and understanding on the approach of how your cloud strategy aligns to the specific needs of your team and the adjacent organization. The first step to develop a Cloud operating model, create the foundational Azure cloud platform and build a roadmap to evolve the cloud ecosystem. This will be the kick off for developing an ongoing sustainable Cloud Compentence Center that we will transition your organization to continue transformation and get full potential from your Microsoft Azure environment. After the 4 weeks timeframe the key results are:

• A clear understanding of where you stand with your organization in relationship to Cloud and your Cloud Transformation
• Where the gaps are on the competencys in your teams regarding your Cloud transformation
• How to enrich the Microsoft Cloud Competence center with your connecting teams in regards to people and processes.
• Unlock the full business potential of Microsoft Azure with the first steps to a Cloud Target Operating Model. Process: KPMG will conduct via a workshop approach, followed by a high-level outcome and next steps. After completion you can decide to team with KPMG to design a complete Cloud Competence Center. A detailed design consist of: Perfromance Management / People & Skills / Sourcing / Capabilities, Services and Processes / Organization and Governance / Technology.
