Data Platform Blueprint Workshop

Definition – A workshop that establishes the overall modern data architecture for an Azure Data Platform in a zonal (or) layered architecture (Ingestion Layer, Persistence Layer, Analytics Layer, Consumption Layer).

What Challenges are we addressing? You may currently struggle with a mix of on-premise systems and cloud SaaS applications. While you are interested and invested with Microsoft, you don’t know how to architect an end-to-end enterprise grade Data & Analytics (DnA) platform to take full advantage of Azure. With Paradigm as your SI partner, you can even learn to avail funding opportunities with Microsoft which may accelerate your adoption and migration to Azure.

How do we address it? As a part of the workshop, Paradigm Technology will provide clarity, best practices, and pros and cons for different SaaS tools from Azure that can be used in each layer. Any pre-existing technologies that can be leveraged in the platform can be incorporated as a complement to the existing toolkit.

Below are key activities that the Paradigm team will implement –

• Kick off workshop and identify key stakeholders
• Conduct whiteboarding sessions on current and future state requirements
• Identify and review key data domains and their additional characteristics including size, frequency, security, usage, availability, and auditability requirements
• Review and finalize Azure subscriptions, monitoring, and billing structures
• Create a high-level project roadmap with implementation strategies
