Migrate to AZURE:10-Days Assessment until Migrate

Our Service included from Assessment, Advisory, Migration Service, & Sharing knowledge to Customer about AZURE as IaaS after that we ussually set one or two workshop regarding how to use Portal Azure and Azure Solution for Infrastructure

we user Azure Migrate as Product for solution since that already part of Microsoft Solution, so customer didn't need additional charge for Migration application,

we set Kick Off meeting to understand what is customer need and what they want to be deliver

in assessment site beside we assess their infrastructure, we make a small discussion about their condition if they have any pain in current condition

after initial assessment we create small proposal to be discuss and prepare some solution regarding their current condition

before we start Migration usually we start with mini PoC for their environment better than big bang migrate (depends on customer need and timeline)

after Migration we set one or two days workshop for Azure Administrator to understand about their new Environment specially how to operate Azure Dashboard for their daily need or report
