Java App Modernization: 6 Wk POC

Java applications have been central to enterprise operations for two decades. This wealth of data, functionality, and knowledge are critical to enterprises. In our proof of concept engagement, our experts will demonstrate how you can migrate these large, inflexible applications to Azure to take advantage of cloud native service and adopt agile methodologies.

Our Delivery Process:

• Weeks 1-2: Assessment - Conduct a technical review of the applications to understand potential modernization risks, blockers, dependencies, and challenges. Understand the client's business and IT objectives.

• Weeks 3-4: Design and Plan - Create and finalize the reference architecture design, in line with client's performance, security, and compliance requirements. Identify the candidate application for the POC.

• Weeks 5-6: Proof of Concept Build - Build a customized proof of concept environment for the client's applications using Azure services, identified in the Solution Architecture.

Final Deliverables:

The final outputs of this 6-week engagement include an assessment report of the current application architecture, a filly operational proof of concept environment for a defined application, and proof of concept code and all artifacts for future reference.
