Azure Governance: 4 week Assesment

A consultancy will be carried out in three phases:

1. Customer analysis. From the point of view of structure, systems and billing processes.
2. Definition of Government Strategy. From the perspectives of Organization, Security, Scalability and costs.
3. Delivery and Implement. In this phase, we will deliver and explain a guide that will include at least these sections:

• Administration and cost control according to departments
• Application of cloud policies for projects with RBAC
• Resource Organization aligned with customer departments
• Standards and conventions for projects with Azure Active Directory
• Definition of internal security policies and boundaries.
• Management and security policies for the cloud
• Configuration of environments and scenarios for cloud projects.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements

The estimated duration of the service is 30 days, performed by a Technical Leader (20) and an Azure architect (10). This duration is an estimate and will depend on the size and complexity of the organization.
