Application Portfolio Assessment

Analyse all or any part of your application portfolio to identify the best approach to migrating each application or workload to Azure. This engagement is led by a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and uses modern and effective tooling to ensure rapid, accurate and reliable results. Applications are classified according to the well known "Five Rs model of application rationalisation":

• Rehost

• Refactor

• Rearchitect

• Rebuild

• Replace

Cloud Blockers and Enablers in each application are identified and an initial plan for an incremental application rationalization programme is produced based on key business drivers (such as cost savings, increased agility, decreased time to market or increased performance or reliability).
