  • Traceability and security as a basic principle: The Provider Deutsche Telekom offer security in terms of tracking as well as standardised reports (confirmation of receipt, non-delivery and delivery reports) and guaranteed response times for delivery. In the event of problems the X.400 provider takes care of prompt rectification.
