This Managed Service offer from ePlus onboards the Customer into the ePlus LIghthouse environment to enable Partner Admin Link (PAL). PAL enables Microsoft to identify and recognize those partners who are helping customers achieve business objectives and realize value in the cloud.
All customers of ePlus who have resources deployed in Microsoft Azure are applicable for this service. Upon acceptance of this offer, ePlus will be delegated permissions to open Azure support tickets on your behalf and to view your Azure usage and support ticket data. ePlus is not providing any support services under this offer but may open support tickets on your behalf which could lead to faster support ticket resolution times. The PAL may be terminated by Customer or ePlus at any time. “
