This service includes design and implementation of an Azure infrastructure. 4MSTech brings Foundational concepts and sets up a Landing Zone environment adequate to customers’ needs using proven processes and tools. In addition, our cost control and governance experience help avoiding unplanned Cloud consumption.
Service Delivery is split in 4 phases (below some basic deliverables):
• Phase I – Assessment and Planning
o Design Azure environment, network architecture and project planning
o Assess customer business needs
o Assess DC infrastructure components (Network, Storage, Backup)
o Governance (Security, Cost Control)
• Phase II – Adjusts and Enablement
o Provision an Azure tenant and set up Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
o Provision the required administrator roles in Azure AD
o Network connection from Azure to DC on-premises through VPN GW
o Landing Zone creation, including Vnets, NSGs, Storage Accounts, Recovery Service Vaults, among others
• Phase III – Migration
o Sync of virtual machines and SQL databases
o Cutover and go-live
o Backup enablement

o Rightsizing evaluation
