This offering will include a demonstration of a custom solution built using Store Operations AI Assist and includes a specific scope that includes the activities:

• Day 1: Workshop to identify relevant use cases based on your business requirements, followed by prioritizing one specific use case to proceed with.
• Day 2: Setup and Configuration of the Store Operations AI Assist features within Admin console and Copilot Studio, utilizing Azure OpenAI Services to search data.
• Add up to 5 files up to 20MB each to the Storage Container
• Day 3: Setup Administration Settings i.e.. 2 Stores, 1 Territories, 2 Templates with up to 12 Questions, and 2 Plans.
• Day 4: Provide a showcase demonstration.
• Day 5: Provide a 5-8 roadmap presentation for the implementation of Store Operations Assist based on the demonstration feedback.

The prerequisites to deploy AI store operations are:

• Deploy Store Operations Assist solution before you deploy copilot template for store operations as it is a dependency.
• Get access to Azure OpenAI services. Copilot template for store operations is built on Azure OpenAI. Hence customers/partners need to get access to Azure OpenAI. This process might take ~10 days.
• Administrator permissions in Power Apps and Store Operations Assist.
• Ensure that regions and resource names used across Azure Blob Storage, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI etc. are the same.
• An Azure Blob Storage container with your retailer-specific documents uploaded.
• An Azure Cognitive Search resource.
• An Azure OpenAI resource with semantic ranker subscription enabled.
• If you haven't selected the AI Store Assistant ARM Template during AI store operations deployment, perform the next two steps:
• Create a storage container using Manage blob containers using Azure CLI - Azure Storage.
• Create an Azure Cognitive Search resource using Create a search service in the portal.
• Navigate to Azure AI Search service instance. Select Settings> Semantic ranker (Preview) and turn on Semantic ranker subscription with your subscription plan.
