Lift & Shift to Azure (CAF Migrate) Implementation

For businesses beginning their transition to the Cloud, migrating existing applications to an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform via a lift-and-shift approach is a common first step, as it replicates in-house apps in the cloud without any redesign. During this phase we will migrate customer's virtual machines to Azure as-is. During this migration customer will be able to understand how to build resources in Azure and manage those. Duration and pricing depends on number of VMs and on-prem resources that will be migrated.
