Cegeka AI Strategy - 2 day workshop

Starting your data journey as a company requires a strong sense of awareness; what data do I have available, what can it do for me, how/where do I store it, how can I visualize it, how can AI help, etc. Therefore, it is vital to initiate your data journey by setting up a clear strategy around data and AI, such that each step along the way stays aligned with the strategic goals of the business.

Based on your goals and business context, we will assist in formulating a tailored AI strategy. This strategy will outline the vision, objectives, and key initiatives required to integrate AI into the business processes successfully. We will provide guidance on technology selection, data requirements, skills and infrastructure needs.

Our approach

During this 2 day workshop, our team will work in close collaboration with you to define your data & AI strategy.

In the first day, you will introduce yourself, your company, your data, your reports, your analytics models, your ambitions, etc. After understanding your business constraints and aspirations with respect to data & AI, we will assess your data & AI maturity using a standard Cegeka framework. Together we will define the steps that are required in order to build a successful data & AI strategy. This steps will cover 4 major domains:

• Data
• AI models and advanced analytics
• Security
• Governance

After assessing all information from the first day, we will formalize the current as-is situation and design a roadmap that will allow you to level up in your data&AI journey. What steps need to be undertaken in order to advance to the next level in data maturity. What potential benefit can AI bring to your organization, how to organize the next steps, etc. The second day of the workshop, this roadmap will be discussed in detail, feedback collected and a final report drafted.

Deliverables

A final report containing a step-by-step roadmap for an data & AI strategy embedded in the current company-wide strategic goals.
