Data Strategy & Modernization:5-Day Assessment

Through a series of workshops and whiteboard sessions, CloudMoyo's experts will assess your current data layer, ETL layer and your reporting/analysis interface and help you establish a baseline of how your current BI environment is performing. CloudMoyo will identify the pain areas by studying the state of your BI program and help identify areas of improvement.

The workshop will include CloudMoyo's architects interviewing your subject matter experts, as well as business process leads, studying the existing BI environment in order to unify the needs of the business and recommend a modern and future centric BI roadmap. At the end of the assessment, CloudMoyo will document findings and make recommendations to help you arrive at your desired end state for modern BI.

• Recommended migration approach (if any from current vendor)
• Identification of risks and possible mitigation strategies
• Review high availability, disaster recovery requirements/SLAs, data governance.
• Methods of data access, consolidation and aggregation for analytics.
• Whiteboarding your desired future state
• As required, demos of future-ready products & features such as Azure SQL DW, Azure ML Studio, HDInsight, Azure Data Lake, Power BI Embedded etc

Outcome - Your Modern BI Roadmap

• Develop and present roadmap to achieve future BI state
• Executive report and presentation with assessment findings
• Mappings of as-is business processes, dependence models, and strategic rational models
• Highlights for implementation, measurement system requirements, and identification of key KPI's.
