2. Assess current data warehouse and data lake situation
3. Discover SSRS, reporting, and on-premises BI tools situation
4. Discuss Azure pricing and create an Azure Landing Zone in Microsoft Fabric for data and analytics
5. Pick data and reports to be enabled in Microsoft Fabric
6. Replicate and/or virtualize data for consumption in Power BI
7. Create initial reports in Power BI
8. Half-day training for business or IT users on how to consume enabled data in Microsoft Fabric with Power BI, or half-day training on Power BI fundamentals
9. Discuss and create a high-level roadmap for follow-up
