AI applied on Operational Efficiency

AI is ideal for optimizing processes and improving performance. With AI, one can understand bottlenecks in these processes and find ways to redesign them for more efficient work. AI also aids in decision-making processes, speeding them up by providing data-driven recommendations and accurate, up-to-date analysis. It allows us to generate better reports by analyzing large volumes of data, helping us make informed decisions. A good AI model has the additional advantage that once it is built, it can be run as many times as needed at minimal cost. Therefore, they are very cost-effective at scale.

Our aproach:

Given the exploratory nature of each AI solution, we always seek to deliver value quickly, by reducing uncertainty through short cycles or sprints, and maintaining continuous contact with the client.

1. First of all, we initiate a Business Insights step with a unique and integrated focus. We aim to really understand the problem we want to solve.

2. The next step is to carry out a POC, a specific and short-duration experiment to validate the viability of a solution. This is mainly done to mitigate technical risks and confirm that we can actually perform the task. The validation is always done in collaboration with the client.

3. Then we build a Prototype that validates how a problem will be solved. It is larger than a POC as it includes all key requirements but is not yet fully implemented in production.

4. The next move is to achieve an MVP, which is a version of the solution that already incorporates key features identified by the client. These features are aligned and sequenced for delivery according to the roadmap established in the earlier stages. At this point, users can perform comprehensive testing of the product.

5. Afterward, we can proceed with Deployment on Azure Cloud. Each of these solutions can be integrated into a broader framework, leveraging Baufest’s capability to develop comprehensive business solutions for our clients. This may include Software development, cybersecurity, DevOps, and more.
