DevOps SW Delivery: 4-Wk by process implementation

An optimized delivery for a company implies that processes in different areas work in a coordinated and organized manner in the different areas: requirements management, development, infrastructure and testing.

Through this offering we help you to get the maximum benefit of Azure DevOps capabilities within your organization by modeling your company's unique needs and characteristics within Azure DevOps.

To achieve this, this offering will address two areas of work: the first, the definition phase: assessing how your company's processes can be adjusted to get the maximum benefit from DevOps to give consistency, reliability and robustness to the software delivery processes. And the second, the implementation phase: in which we will customize the operation in Azure DevOps in a particular way to the processes of your organization and based on the previous definition.

The result will be to have in place in DevOps in a customized and optimized way the different processes involved in software delivery (4 weeks in average per process) as well as, in the case of infrastructure processes, the custom implementation of the DevOps plugin for the self-service of Azure resources in an automated way, and complying with infrastructure and security policies.
