FastStart Assessment : 4 Weeks

Summary:
Our FastStart assessment is the process of evaluating assets to determine the best approach to hosting them in the cloud and provide migration roadmap to digitization & cloud. Powered by Azure migrate for assessing the cloud readiness of the current workloads and backed by a quantitative and qualitative analysis by our in-house infrastructure SMEs to identify the most optimized migration to cloud plan with minimal impact on business.

Our FastStart assessment aims to answer the following questions

• What workloads are used today, are they right sized and most optimized
• What business processes will get impacted and changes to be made for adopting to the cloud
• What skill upgradation is needed for running and managing the estate in cloud.

About the Solution:
The Solution spans for 4 weeks starting with Discovery, Data collection and Assessment, Mapping of Application to underlying infrastructure, Documenting Inventory with utilization and finally Recommendations for Cloud Migration & High Level implementation plan. During this phase Coforge jointly with the customer establishes the following baselines.

• Identification of the first project for cloud adaptation.
• Identification of the top-10 workloads.
• TCO overview, Performance Breakdown, workload optimization
• Cloud Adaptation Plan
• Infrastructure Modernization Plan

Scope of service:
FastStart assessment is only limited to assessment of Infrastructure either on-premise or hybrid. FastStart assessment doesn’t cover assessment related to application modernization.
