Innovation Jumpstart is a rapid 10-day workshop that creates solutions to current business needs and roadmap an execution plan. This will be done with functional expertise brought by your SMEs and technical knowledge from Nous. The workshop will leverage the latest from Microsoft’s Azure cloud and Power Platform, including Azure DevOps, Functions, Kubernetes, Container Apps, and other tools

Agenda

The workshop begins with a short briefing introducing your stakeholders and Nous. The next step is to identify areas of focus for the workshop. We would aim to capture and define success KPIs and executive sponsorship for at least two areas.

Once the areas of innovation are identified, the workshop dives deep into the technical capabilities and solutions needed to achieve the desired outcomes. Nous will then create a plan of action with your stakeholders that will bring these innovations to life.

Deliverables

The workshop will deliver an Innovation Jumpstart Outcomes Map and a High-level implementation roadmap for the solutions created.
