Through our consultant-led engagement, we will reconcile the deployed Microsoft estate compared to your entitlements, in simple ledger format. Project deliverables include: Azure Hybrid Benefit Review—Required licensing for any Windows or SQL Server Workloads running in Azure. Consultant-led License Compliance Validation—Concise report of agreements and high-level snapshot of shortages and overages for active subscriptions and software assurance. Estate Ledger—Consolidated list of active subscription and Software Assurance licensing, reflecting current counts, and licensing deltas. Workload Inventory—Block 64 deployment data is provided via an Excel workbook and available via the Block 64 console for 90 days. Server and Cloud Optimization Assessment—Actionable insights into server capacity, utilization, and licensing to condense your data center footprint, improve workload performance, and reduce cost.
