Phase 1: Establish the Data Product Roadmap Anticipate better business data discovery and governance through Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview
• Define business vision, key use cases and analytic building blocks • Determine critical data elements and analytic capabilities • Achieve alignment with key stakeholders
Phase 2: Define Solution Technology Blueprint Determine how to improve the data supply chain with Fabric and the full suite of Azure Data, Analytics, Machine Learning and AI capabilities

Phase 3: Build Implementation Plan for Continuous Delivery Define the product backlog, operating model, and enable continuous delivery through Azure DevOps
