Before commencing the engagement, we will agree on the applications that you wish to modernise and the scope of our analysis.

Agenda:

Day 1&2 - We will conduct workshops with your application subject matter experts and review your technical documentation to understand:

• Your application's current architecture
• How your application is currently hosted
• Your existing application's functional and non-functional requirements

Day 3&4 - Analysis of the discovery information collected in Day 1&2. This may involve us requesting further information about your existing solution design.

Day 5&6 - Identification and analysis of the Azure PaaS services that are suitable to support your application in Azure.

Day 7 – Report writeup - You will receive an advisory report with the application modernisation options available, incorporating security by design.
