TrimaxSecure Cloud Readiness Assessment will provide you answers about capabilities and resulting efficiencies that cloud technologies will bring to your business. The assessment will establish a business case and a roadmap for transition of your infrastructure to cloud. We will evaluate your current infrastructure, organizational needs, future plans for growth and compare impact of on-premise and cloud solutions. At the end of the assessment you will obtain a detailed report establishing individualized strategy, migration plan and estimation of expenses.

The Cloud Readiness Assessment is expected to take 3 days but will be tailored to your company’s needs, adjusted to complexity of the current infrastructure and scope of your business.

Agenda:

1. Interview with the client and gaining access to IT environment

2. Assessment of the environment including servers, business applications, storage, disaster recovery and backup, security, licensing

3. Discussion of Azure migration methodology and basics of Azure

4. Recommendations, establishment of a business case

• Overview of capabilities of cloud solutions i.e. cloud hosted applications, databases, storage, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams

• Security and compliance recommendations

5. Proposal of a business plan and establishment of a roadmap for migration

• Migration plan

• Architecture: Infrastructure as a service, Platform as a service, and Software as a service options

6. Estimation of monthly expenses inclusive of cloud costs, licenses, managed services (if applicable)
