Community Training Guided Implementation offers a structured implementation approach for Community Training at your organization. The Guided Implementation process includes assessment of your organization's environment, development of a technical plan approach, determination of pilot success factors, technical plan execution, and the provision of content guidance.
This work will be led by one of Wipfli's professionals, who are well versed in Community Training and who bring decades of instructional systems design and training/skilling platform experience. Community Training provides a platform that enable organizations to deliver high-impact digital skilling and other training through both mobile and offline capabilities over large, geographically disparate regions and in numerous languages.
Community Training Guided Implementation will provide your organization with:
- Community Training Overview Following the personas of a learner and administrator, we will conduct an interactive review of Community Training's capabilities and promising practices for the highest impact use give your organization's programmatic and training goals
- Community Training Implementation and Configuration Perform the technical installation, which includes configuring a custom domain URL, activating the Community Training subscription, configuring learner authentication, configuring learner profile fields, implementing and publishing the Community Training mobile client, branding your Community Training instance, and configuring other Community Training options
- Community Training Escalation Support Provide support to your personnel during the implementation process with escalation to Microsoft Engineering as necessary to complete your Community Training implementation
- Administrator Quick Start Walk-through key activities associated with the administrator role and Q&A with a practitioner to enable a confident transition of the critical roles needed for successful deployment
Community Training Guided Implementation provides your organization with these deliverables:
- Documented understanding of your organization's impact goals and outcomes
- Understanding of Community Training functionality to address your training program needs, including targeted use of features
- Implementation of branded Community Training instance in your Azure environment
- Community Training mobile app published and operational
Community Training Implementation Advisory has these assumptions:
- Your organization has access to an active Azure subscription and administrative rights
- Community Training platform licensing and Microsoft Azure consumption costs are the responsibility of your organization
- Community Training implementation period is targeted for completion within 4 weeks; alternate delivery schedules are available for additional cost
Wipfli offers additional services supporting and extending your Community Training implementation. Each of these is outside of this Guided Implementation scope and would involve scoping with you to determine the additional cost. Add-on options include:
