Workshop 4 - Defining a roadmap: Defining the prioritization, route and program to realize the future desired state of IT in the Azure Cloud.
Workshop 5 - Migration Analysis: Analysing cloud migration activities to be executed for the first milestone of the Azure Cloud roadmap.
Presentation of results, recommendations, and next steps including a solution overview, roadmap and projected investments.
