The assessment will support you to get the most out of your data as well as it helps you to define your business and IT requirements for successful BI development. You will gain understanding of the current issues and data requirements, as well as the business drivers affecting your specific reporting needs.

SERVICE CONTENT:

• Current state review for Azure analytics solution and Power BI development.

• Identification of business and IT requirements.

• Data architecture and development roadmap.

DELIVERABLES:

• Requirements for Azure analytics solution and Power BI development listed.

• Data architecture and development roadmap visualized.

• Workshops prepared and facilitated by Evitec.

• A preliminary project plan and pricing estimate for the development project.

ASSESSMENT IN PRACTICE:

• Day 1: Arrangement of the workshops (participants, schedules)

• Days 2-4: Workshops o Business requirements review (reports, KPI’s, etc.) o IT requirements review (key data sources and structures, integrations, data flows & technologies and architecture)

• Days 5-9: Analyses and documentation

• Day 10: Summary meeting

PRICING AND SCHEDULE:

• The workload varies depending on the scope and the number of workshops required.

• The pricing for 10 days is 9 000 € (excluding VAT).

• At the first meeting, the scope of the assessment, workload and pricing will be agreed on.

The assessment can be implemented virtually.
