This offering is designed to transition on-premises business applications to Azure-based services:

1. Optimize for and move to containers (AKS) or
2. No change, lift and shift to IaaS

Steps:

• Work with client to identify application that can be migrated
• Use migration tools to scan and identify required changes which includes frontend, middle tier, database, config, etc.
• Create proposal with several options and agree on approach
• Implement the change, commit code to repository, build CI/CD pipelines
• Test and receive feedback
