The project roadmap:

1. An introductory educational workshop ensures that we get started on the right foot, and can successfully deliver the foundations of the Azure Landing Zones model. The workshop, which is free of charge to you, explains azure migration and the landing zone concept in detail, including examples of why you want to use it and how it will benefit you on your continued cloud-based journey.

2. The next step is to plan out the scope of work, including guidance for project management, a timeline, deliverables, and project-specific activities. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing detailed information on governance, subscription design, landing zones, technical and design elements, sustainable scaling, and a post-project evaluation.

3. At this stage, we deliver the Azure Landing Zones according to the pre-determined and agreed upon requirements, requests, and goals from the introductory workshop and the scope of work.

4. Upon final completion of the project, we provide you with a detailed assessment and evaluation.
