Assessment Scope

The high-level assessment scope includes:

• Kickoff - involves setting the stage for the assessment, including introduction and objectives, scope definition, stakeholder identification, methodology and approach, timeline and milestones, resource and communication planning, and Q & A

• Review – to revisit the initial scope of the migration project to ensure that it remains aligned with the overarching objectives and is appropriately defined for the upcoming assessment

• Discovery - Our comprehensive solution begins with a thorough Discovery phase, where the Customer fills in a comprehensive digital questionnaire covering details of their legacy system and modernization objectives. Additionally, mLogica uses following methods to collect the details:

• Customer allows access for STAR*M automation tool to scan the databases and gather metadata, configuration and performance insights

• mLogica provides customers with a script to run and generate database metadata extracts to be uploaded into STAR*M for analyzing and generating an assessment report

• Interviews - mLogica conducts focused business and technical interviews and workshops to confirm and refine project objectives and constraints

• Deployment Strategy – outlines the plan for the deployment of the migrated database.

Deliverables

Based on the insights gained from the discovery, analysis, and workshops, mLogica experts will develop a comprehensive modernization report that provides the following:
