We leverage a three-phased approach to engage, assess, and recommend the best path forward for your organization:
Engage: We will begin by understanding the goals and objectives for your environment. We will review your data sources and security monitoring practices. We will require read-access to your Azure subscriptions.
Assess: Grant Thornton will monitor your Azure consumption over a six business day period and identify areas of optimization, performance, and configuration trends.
