    This engagement offers you Sr. level architects from SNP to assist and help you execute a Windows & SQL database migration to Azure.

    Over the course of 1 Week, SNP will work with your internal teams to create a Windows & SQL migration plan that will be developed during the assessment portion of this implementation. From here, we will take that roadmap and start the migration process to Azure. Upon completion, your database workloads and applications will be running on the cloud in Azure.

    We will work in collaboration with your database development and administration teams to ensure the following: • All identified risks are effectively mitigated • All database dependencies are addressed • All compatibility issues are resolved • Performance and stress tests are performed, pre- and post-migration • Dependent applications are tested adequately

    Deliverables included: • Documentation of new architecture and roadmap • Functioning Azure environment with Windows workloads running • Knowledge transfer to internal teams • Post migration documents
