    Using the Taos Cloud Migration Methodology & Process, our team will conduct a 3 week quick start engagement to assess, analyze, design, and plan your organization’s path to Azure.

    Utilizing our extensive infrastructure plan, design, and build experience, the Taos team will deliver a 3 week quick start engagement tailored to your organization. We will use state of the art automation to assess your current environment, analyze the results, and deliver a roadmap with a recommended migration plan and approach using best processes to accelerate your organization to Azure.

    1. Discovery • Perform automated discovery • Gather application, infrastructure, security, and platform requirements

    2. Analysis • Identify existing and future state requirements around controls, operations, process optimization, and security • Perform design reviews

    3. Roadmap and Plan • Identify prerequisite set-up (ex. ExpressRoute) and ROM estimate • Identify rehost candidates and provide ROM estimates – up to 5 workloads • Finalize documentation and conduct review
