Debian 10 with Navidrome - Streaming Server
Virtual Pulse presents ready-to-run and specially hardened for Azure Marketplace software that allows you to listen to your own digital music, in the same way, you would with services like Spotify, Apple Music and others.
The Image has been pre-tested to provide you with a seamless performance and painless deployment of the music server and streamer to your Azure Cloud Environments.
After a simple installation, Navidrome indexes all digital music stored in your hard drive and makes it available through a nice web player and also by using any Subsonic-API compatible mobile client. Your music becomes searchable, and you can create playlists, rate and “favorite” your loved tracks, albums and artists.
The solution allows you to enjoy your music collection from anywhere, by making it available through a modern Web UI and through a wide range of third-party compatible mobile apps, for both iOS and Android devices. You are able to easily share your music and playlists with your friends and family.
Navidrome features:
- Translated to various languages
- Great support for compilations (Various Artists albums) and box sets (multi-disc albums)
- Reads and uses all your beautifully curated metadata
- Streams virtually any audio format available
- Handles very large music collections
- Very low resource usage
- Automatically monitors your library for changes, importing new files and reloading new metadata
