Cloud DevOps Acceleration

Concurrency assists combined cloud and development teams in bringing modern DevOps practices to cloud offerings by leveraging the GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, and the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. Concurrency engages with an understanding of both cloud best practices and the Microsoft Well Architected Framework to ensure that automated deployment is delivered with best practices. This includes the following:

• Validation of the existing landing zone against Cloud Adoption Framework best practices
• Review of deployment practices from GitHub Enterprise/Azure DevOps
• Review of codebase and deployment needs
• Definition of deployment approach through GitHub Enterprise/Azure DevOps
• Definition of prioritized deployment automation through pipelines
• Agreement on prioritized deployments and build of agreed backlog
• Build-out of deployment pipelines/automated testing in conjunction with cloud and app development team
• Review of approach and built pipelines with team
