1. Discovery Session: Week 1: 4 Hrs

We will also walk through a live demonstration of the currently available version to illustrate its practical value.

     • Discussion Points:

   • Session II: Understanding Client Use Cases and KPIs: This session will focus on gaining a deep understanding of the client's current environment, including:

     • Existing integrations and platforms/systems used for data management
     • Types of data referenced, source systems, and analytical processes

     • Identification and listing of KPIs required to generate meaningful outputs

   • Session III: Scoping: We will define the scope of the POC based on the identified use cases. This includes:

     • Finalizing functionalities and coverage areas
     • Defining the types of sample questions to be addressed
     • Discussion on Integrations required to retrieve the data

2. Solution development & Implementation: Week 2 and 3

   • Design & Development: The solution will be designed and developed in alignment with the defined scope.
   • UAT & Deployment: Initial User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be conducted, followed by deployment of the solution.
   • Demonstration & Training: The final customized solution will be demonstrated, and users will be provided access along with necessary training.

3. Final Submission: Week 3

   • Session I: Initial Review
     • Capture first impressions and feedback from the client
     • Address any queries, discussion on feasibility of enhancements, or suggestions

   • Session II: Follow-Up Discussion

     • Review and respond to feedback from the initial session

   • Session III: Conclusion & Next Steps
