Azure VMware Solution: 4-Wk Implementation and Migration Service

Service Description

The migration will be performed by our highly experienced and accredited VMWare and Microsoft Azure Consultants and managed by a PRINCE II Project Manager.

Service Approach

Trustmarque uses its proven methodology to plan and migrate to AVS:

• Kick-off Call: Introduction to the Trustmarque team, review of dependencies and identification of key personnel, with call and workshop scheduling
• Service Discovery Workshop(s): Discovery of infrastructure, applications, security posture, governance, and data types/sources
• Design: Based on the information gathered from the discovery sessions we will provide a high-level design that meets customer needs for migration. Make sure that your on-premises vSphere environment (source environment) meets the minimum requirements
• Deploy and Build: Build AVS as per customer requirements specification as appropriate. Deploy and configure the on-premise VMware HCX Connector for your AVS private cloud
• Migration & Testing: On Landing zone deployment and testing, test migration using VMware’s HCX technology. Production migration in defined waves and change management. Testing ratified with customer
• Handover and Documentation: Detailed documentation provided and handover to Customer/Trustmarque Managed Services (option) for ongoing management of the environment
