Azure: Migration Assessment: Half Day

Cloud Computing isn’t a new phenomenon, but careful consideration must be taken when deciding how, when and which of your systems to migrate. In a world of seemingly endless possibilities, you need guidance from the experts.

Transparity’s Migration Assessment offering comprises of a half-day engagement designed to prepare you for your potential Microsoft Azure journey. Leveraging the Microsoft Cloud Adoption framework we will review your current workloads, calculate the expected costs (including evaluating potential migration funding) and identify your security and governance requirements in alignment with accepted best practices and reference architectures.

The assessment consists of three phases:

• An introductory call to establish the scope and of the engagement and assessment requirements.
• Deployment of the Azure Migrate Assessment tool to provide workload visibility.
• A planning and governance workshop to review the outcome of the migration assessment and assist you in the planning of your Azure adoption (covering security, governance, migration, and potential funding options).

On completion we will provide you with a costed proposal to outline a recommended migration path and next steps.

The assessment will be delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams.
