LivePerson DataParser is connector software to collect LivePerson Conversational Cloud users’ data directly from LivePerson APIs. Chats are threaded into conversations for ease of eDiscovery review. Companies with Compliance regulations, Legal matters, HR or Management policies that require the collection, archiving or review of their users’ chats and collaborations use DataParser. Output options include the ability to send directly into a compliance archive, eDiscovery system, mailbox, WORM storage or export to outside counsel. Cloud and On-premise plans are available.
