SQLite is a software library that runs on a serverless architecture to allow applications to read and write files on disks directly and does not need to be configured or installed for use. SQLite transactions are Atomic, Consistent, Isolated, and Durable (ACID) compliant in the sense that they are either executed completely or not at all. The use of dynamic tables ensures that values do not have to be allocated to specific columns of the data type to which they belong. Additionally, SQLite creates in-memory databases and allows one-to-many connections to database files.
