SMART Productivity Licensing is designed for companies that have multiple subsidiaries or divisions under the same tenant. It provides full management features for users and licenses to IT managers in different departments with necessarily giving them Admin permissions on the full Tenant

Smart Productivity Licensing provides Admin delegation to a defined users.

It is fully integrated to Azure AD. Users can be added as sub-admins through the app. Each user will be granted a set of permissions on one or multiple verified sub domains under the main tenant.

the tenant global administrator will have the right to define licensing quotas to sub-Admins

the sub-Admins will be granted the management permissions for users and licenses according to the defined qutoas.
