Being tasked with a critical, demanding, multi-disciplinary role, an incident responder must have significant experience and knowledge in order to handle all the complexities involved in responding to a cyber incident. CybergymIEC’s dedicated Incident Responder training program enables a Cyber Guardian, or any security specialist with a relevant background, to upgrade their skills to specialist level.

This training has been designed for personnel that already have a solid background in cyber security concepts and methodologies, and a good grasp of the basic principles of system and network security assessment and forensics. They should also be familiar with essential principles such as malware, APTs, risk assessment, mitigation, etc., along with basic concepts and methods of cyber crisis management.

Building on this starting point, participants will gain an understanding of the theory behind - and hands-on experience in using - advanced tools and methods for incident response management and cyber incident detection, including analysis and investigation of Linux Operating Systems-based environments.

For maximum impact, CybergymIEC’s training involves high-intensity hands-on experience, and executing actual APT scenarios in the cyber warfare arena.
