ReadinessPoint is a highly flexible rapid assessment tool.
It addresses a challenge many companies face. That is, getting a realistic and clear gauge of their organizational readiness before embarking on a new project or change initiative. To ensure project or change success, it is vital to have an objective understanding of where the organization's strengths and weaknesses lie in relation to the change. This allows the organization to plan effectively and realistically, manage capacity and resources, boost required skills where necessary and pre-empt and remediate issues before they arise.
ReadinessPoint is an easy to use and effective tool for stakeholders to rapidly assess their readiness for an initiative in any number of key areas: For example: Organizational; Process; People; Technology
There are questions associated with each area and each question has 4 predefined answers. Answers are weighted and will produce an overall "Readiness" score for each area. The score for the 4 areas combine to give an overall "Organizational Readiness" score for the active project or change initiative. Based on the answers provided, the tool suggests a list of corrective actions for each area and then an overall recommendation for the project. This overall recommendation is available as a report at the end of the assessment. Stakeholders are able to track their Readiness progress by updating answers as items are remediated. Updating the answers, will in turn, update the overall scoring, allowing the Project or Change manager to gauge how the team are tracking.
Customers can purchase various pre-built assessment modules such as: COVID-19 Workplace Readiness; POPIA Readiness; Cloud Readiness; SharePoint On Premise to Cloud Migration Readiness; O365; Biztalk and Integration Readiness. Alternately they will be able to easily create their own custom assessment modules within the tool.
