Asset Dashboard

Shows a global view of all registered assets and their basic properties, including asset name, model type, location, real-time measurement status, and different sensor statuses, in an adaptive dashboard.

Metrology Asset Manager enables you to have real-time access to the location overview of all GPS-equipped assets. This is important for portable metrology devices like laser trackers and portable arms.

Asset Usage

Shows the uptime and runtime of all registered assets in the last 24 hours by status.

The time range usage data can be customized.

Event Log and notifications

Metrology Asset Manager provides an Event Log which shows information in real time. The Event Log provides a historical overview of events from all connected assets.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness

Shows the average OEE of all assets in the last 24 hours.

Metrology Asset Manager enables remote support from Hexagon Experts, enabling customers to reduce their troubleshooting time.

Metrology Asset Manager integrates PULSE, the environmental monitoring accessory for the CMM, enabling customers to run the CMM unattended without impacting its availability. (I don’t know anything about this[DH1] )
