Document Registration Module (DRM)

DRM ensures that every document that enters or leaves the organization carries a unique registration number and descriptive data that enables it to be logically linked to other related documents.

Document Workflow Module (DWM)

This strategic module designed for initiating a workflow case that contains documents and sending it to the appropriate user/department. The receiver of the case notes all the necessary comments and processes through the workflow. The rich features allow the user to insert private comments for intended recipients, assign tasks to subordinates, and consult certain people within the same workflow case.

Document Broadcast Module (DBC)

There are many ways in which the broadcast module is put to use – the authorized user can send out documents of informatory or regulatory to everyone involved in the broadcast and obtain acknowledgment or acceptance without waiting for a notification by the user. With the fully automated treatment available, you have full insurance that the proper protocol is underway. DBC provides online monitoring capabilities of user actions on any broadcast, in addition to an easy-to-use reference library for every user containing documents which he had received.
