LawRAN is the software application developed by RAN Innovation Srl, which allows you to manage and monitor every activity of the credit recovery process, from the out-of-court phase to the judicial phase.

The project was born together with a group of lawyers specialized in massive debt collection, with the aim of creating a non-binding tool for the operations of lawyers and phone operators but with detailed control over the entire flow of activities.

The system is suitable for banks, funds, law firms, debt collection companies and professionals in the sector. With LawRAN you can manage the entire recovery process.

The types of credits that can be managed are: Trade credits; Consumer credit; Bank loans (small / large tickets); Credit cards; Leasing; NPLs (mortgage loans); Securitized loans; Credits lodged in insolvency proceedings; Utilities (energy).

Business intelligence for more efficient credit management: The importance of information and how it is structured are the basis for integrated management and for providing a very high quality of service. Business intelligence aims at a continuous improvement process aimed at increasing performance and decreasing costs. The monitoring of the control of the results connected to the various actors of the process (KPI Suppliers) are the basis of continuous improvement, thus leading to a significant reduction in waste in internal management developments and to a constant evaluation of governance methods in all phases: from portfolio analysis with neural network applications to an increasingly efficient choice of credit management strategy.
