Show the location of your meeting rooms and co-workers on a custom map.
MeetingRoomMap consists of add-ins for Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for showing location information on uploaded floorplans.
MeetingRoomMap facilitates mapping and showing:
Meeting rooms defined in Azure AD
Coworkers - based on their Office location attribute in Azure AD
Custom locations - freely add custom location categories (ie. printers, teams, first aid kit locations etc.)
In Outlook meetings, the Outlook add-in shows an overview map image/floorplan with an indication of the current meeting room.
In Teams, you can interact with the MeetingRomMap Bot and get an overview image of your next meetings as well as look up the location of your co-workers (based on their OfficeLocation in Azure AD).
SharePoint add-in offers web parts that can be added to modern SharePoint pages. The web parts can either be configured to be a search web part - letting users lookup meeting rooms, co-workers or custom locations - or set to display the image for a specific meeting room, co-worker or custom location category. These web parts can also be added to Teams as tabs.
