VU Fraud Analysis

VU LLC

It creates intelligent profiles based on channel’s behavior to avoid and prevent fraud.

What is it? - Multi-channel fraud prevention solution. Applies to environments where it is required to analyze the behavior of users / branches / boxes / tellers. - It creates unique user profiles based on the information the user provides (transaction dates, location, amounts). Uses user profiles´ usual parameters; when a transaction that leaves the usual parameters is detected as suspicious it activates the alerts of possible fraud. Benefits: - You don´t need technical knowledge for its administration. - It receives the information from different channels. - Each device used to make a transaction leaves a recorded digital print; VU Fraud Analysis solution collects the data and compares it with its own database. - It evaluates safe zones for each user considering the rout taken, transaction times and the geolocation of the device through which each transaction is being made. - Financial transactions (balance inquiries or bank transactions), as well as non-financial transactions (log-in or key changes) help to provide data to the user’s profile grating greater effectiveness and security. Differentials: - Effectiveness in more than 95%. - Transaction track storage to create unique profiles. - Geolocation. - Evaluation of online and offline information. - Integration with VU Mobile Token. - Uses VU Comm to notify the users or internal staff, such as Account Executives. - It uses machine learning to prevent fraud, by detecting anomalous behaviors. - It has easy and fast visualization of cases for analysts with the possibility of work in fraud alerts. - It enables the end-user to manage their own rules through the “my rules” functionality of both frequent behavior and fraud exceptions, for example.
