Hyper automation will increase your efficiency, reduce errors handling data and documents and avoids manual processing of data.

Document hyperautomation starts from several streams of data and/or documents. It acquires the data through OCR, AI/ML and LLM's and it automatically triggers activities based on the value of the ingested data, business rules. The actions might include data extractions, data aggregation, document creation, document/action routing and Q&A of data and documents. The solution has the potential to decrease the manual processing of data, so increase the efficiency, to increase internal or external compliance, to decrease the error rate of human beings and to increase employee and customer satisfaction. It allows real time data processing, avoiding delays in serviceability for timely and effective decision making. The is potentially applicable for all industries and/or markets due to the common nature of the problem. It is a 'human' assisted solution using the latest AI and ML/LLM techniques, existing in the market. The implementation methodology is a standard process AE will follow, and guide customers for future use. Following steps are required:

  • Step1: a 1 week of ideation and prioritization, where we will brainstorm and assess with the customer potential use cases, allegeable for document hyperautomation. The result is a list of use cases and the selection of 1 use case to be worked out.
  • Step2: Implementation of POC of the selected use case. During a 2-4 week of POC implementation, we will validate in several steps the progress and validation of the use case with the business stakeholders. With an agile implementation, we will be able to confirm the current status and way of working, or make the necessary changes in order to seek further optimization. An additional deliverable is the roadmap (agile build plan) needed for implementation for the entire use case in order to operate. For the POC and the implementation, we use Azure AI and supporting Microsoft automation tools (Powerautomate, powerapps, document intelligence, …)
  • Step3: Implementation of the POC. Build the solution, integrations and change the potential operating processes. The duration is dependent on the roadmap exercise.
  • Step 4: move to production and support: Ensure the environment is ready to operate, including the implementation within the customers operating processes, documentation and training if applicable.
